Apolo Data User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Apolo ("Platform"), operated by DLGL Corp ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by this Data User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Scope of Services
Apolo is a SaaS platform that provides eCommerce integrations, automation tools, and data synchronization services. This includes integrations with third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Magento.
3. Data Ownership and Rights
You retain all rights, title, and ownership of data you provide ("Customer Data"). By using the Platform, you grant Apolo a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit Customer Data strictly for the purpose of delivering and improving the services.
4. Data Usage and Processing
4.1 Purpose of Processing
Customer Data is processed for the following purposes:
- Providing integration with third-party marketplaces and APIs
- Synchronizing inventory, pricing, and order data
- Automating listing and catalog management
- Monitoring and improving system performance
4.2 Aggregation and Analytics
We may aggregate and anonymize data for analytics and service improvement. Aggregated data does not identify any individual user or business.
5. Third-Party Integrations and APIs
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart APIs. By enabling these integrations, you authorize Apolo to access and process relevant data on your behalf.
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. Apolo is not responsible for changes, limitations, or availability of third-party services.
6. Restricted Data and Compliance
Apolo processes sensitive and restricted data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and platform-specific requirements. Access to restricted data is limited to authorized systems and personnel and is used solely for operational purposes.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security controls, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Secure credential storage and management
- Continuous system monitoring and logging
Security logs are maintained for a minimum of 12 months for monitoring and incident investigation.
8. Credential Management
All systems enforce strong authentication policies, including:
- Minimum password length of 12 characters
- Complexity requirements (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols)
- Passwords are required to be changed every 180 days
- Passwords must not be reused
- Password must not include any part of the user’s name
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for administrative access
9. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent Customer Data. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers strictly for service delivery, infrastructure, or compliance purposes.
10. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
- Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms
- Ensure proper authorization for any connected third-party accounts
11. Data Retention and Deletion
Customer Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, data may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for security or compliance reasons.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apolo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business operations.
14. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this agreement periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
